Dockside Fenders Policies

Shipping Policy

All Dockside Fenders are built to order in the USA. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. Shipping times vary based on destination.

Customization Policy

Custom printing is available as an optional upgrade. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate spelling, logos, artwork, and color selections. Customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect exists.

Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Because products are built to order, returns may be limited. We will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to resolve any issues.

Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer support, and communication related to your purchase. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Terms & Conditions

Dockside Fenders are designed to reduce docking-related contact and damage but cannot guarantee prevention of damage under all conditions. Proper installation, inspection, and use are the responsibility of the customer.
